Most Color touch ups take 30–60 minutes depending on root regrowth, hair length and complexity. We assess your hair on arrival and provide a time estimate so we can deliver precise, efficient color matching.
Our Color touch up aims to refresh and match your existing shade rather than change it. If you want a different tone or lighter/darker result, discuss during consultation so we can plan a full color service or adjust formula accordingly.
Frequency depends on your hair growth and color type. For permanent root coverage, many clients book every 4–6 weeks; demi-permanent or fashion shades may allow 6–8 weeks. We’ll recommend a personalized schedule during your visit to keep color consistent.
Safety depends on hair condition. We perform a thorough assessment and use gentle, low-ammonia formulas and bond-building treatments when appropriate. If hair is severely compromised, we may recommend conditioning protocols before proceeding to protect integrity and achieve best results.
Yes—if you’re a new client or trying a new formula we recommend a patch test at least 48 hours prior. Existing clients using the same product typically don’t need retesting, but we’ll assess sensitivity and advise accordingly.
Avoid washing for 48–72 hours if possible, use sulfate-free color-safe shampoos, rinse with cool water, and apply heat protectant when styling. We’ll recommend products and a maintenance plan to prolong vibrancy and minimize fading between visits.
